Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@apdw2026manila.com. Cancellations received on or before 31 August 2026 will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of USD 50. Cancellations received between 1 September and 31 October 2026 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after 31 October 2026. Substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the congress.
